WHAT IS SHOE FIXATION?

Shoe Fixation is a Designer Shoe Rental service that provides accentuates looks that will not be forgotten! Our Shoe Loving Consultants procure quality shoes from the best brands just for you. Our mission at Shoe Fixation is to help women access luxury brand shoes at a fraction of the retail price and make a STATEMENT that will not be forgotten!

INVENTORY

 

What if I see shoes I would like to rent but you do not have it in my size? Our inventory is constantly changing and growing! Email us at shop@shoefixation.com and let us know if you see shoes you would like to rent that are not on the website in your size! A shoe stylist will email you back with suggestions for similar shoes!

How far in advance should I reserve my rental? Shoes may be rented up to one-year in advance. Shoe rental orders placed within 7 days of the event date are considered rush orders and will be sent expedited shipping for $35.

SHIPPING & RETURNS 

What if I need the shoes for longer than 5 days? Rentals are available in 5-day increments. Rates stated are per 5 days. If shoes are needed longer than 5 days, another increment of 5-days should be reserved.

Do you have overnight shipping? We definitely understand the need to have amazing shoes in-hand ASAP!! Expedited shipping is available for $35. If you choose an event date that is within 7 days of your order date, shoes will automatically be sent using expedited shipping.

How much is shipping? Regular shipping is included in the cost of your rental. Need to get your fix ASAP? Expedited shipping is available for $35.

How do I return the shoes? You will be provided with postage and instructions for return along with your rental delivery.

What is considered “normal wear and tear”? We understand that scuffs and scratches happen within normal wear. If we can repair for less than $50, we take care of it. Repairs beyond $50 will be retained using the hold on the borrower’s credit card.

HOW IT WORKS

Renting shoes is a simple three step process!

  1. Choose your event date.
  2. Enjoy your luxury rental.
  3. Return shoes to via pre-paid postage!

Shoes are shipped to arrive 2-3 days prior to your event date so you can try them on for size. 

Wear them on day 4 and return on day 5 or next business day if a holiday or weekend. 

All shoes are sterilized to be completely hygienic.

Policies and Procedures

PAYMENT

Payment is due in full at the time of your order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. When your rental is shipped, a $100 hold will be placed on your credit card. Your card is not being charged at this time. When the shoes are returned, the hold will be either released in full or partially or fully retained for repair of flaws beyond normal wear and tear (repair appraised at greater than $50).

SHOE RETURN

All packing materials are included in with your delivery package. Along with your delivery, you will receive instructions and pre-paid postage for return. Please repackage the shoes as close to possible as they were when they arrived. Shoes must be postmarked on or before the return date in your contract.

FEES

Late return. Shoes post marked after the return date indicated in the contract will be charged $30 per day up to the market value of the shoe.

DAMAGES

Repairs extending beyond normal wear and tear (above $50) will be charged to the borrower’s credit card. The good news is – the shoes will be returned. They are yours to keep now!
